Terms and conditions

Timejam.com has every right to delete non paying users, which has been inactive for a period of two months, and users who are not following the terms and conditions and rules for good behaviour. Deleted paying users, will not get a refund of already payed fees or remaining mobile text messages.
Login and passwords are personal.
In cases of abuse, Timejam.com has the right to block individuals, groups and countries ip addresses.

In no event shall Timejam.com and Site Project ApS be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential, damages or any damages whatsoever.
In cases of injuries or lost earnings, caused by Timejam.com, the user can receive a maximum compensation of the amount paid to Timejam.com within the last 12 months.

Currently, no services requires payment on Timejam.com, this can change in the future, but only for new services

The user is responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions, before uploading images to Timejam.com.
The user owns his/hers uploaded images, but gives Timejam.com permission to show the images on the website, for free.
The user can decide who has access to his/hers images, and can withdraw this access or delete the images at any time.
In cases of copyright infridement, Timejam.com will coorporate with authorities
Timejam.com owns all graphics, source code and design, used on Timejam.com, and not added by a third part, without connection to Site Project ApS
Timejam.com has absolutely no responsibility, in cases of third persons abuse of public photo galleries, blogs or calendars.

The user must conduct good behavior on Timejam.com.
Examples of bad behavior, and not limited by:
- Harrassment of other users. - Extensive traffic to Timejam.com, with purpose of sabotage. - Destructive behavior. - Hacking, in order to get information of other users or gain access to restricted information. - Posting spam and threads. - Creating profiles, using another persons name.
The user is obligated not to publish disturbing images on Timejam.com.
Among those, and not limited by:
- Photos with erotic content.
- Photos of people in embarrasing situations, without the direct consent of the people on the image.
- Images, which urges to illegal behavior.
- Images with racist content.
Private photo albums with a lot of visitors, are considered as public albums.
The user is obligated to contact the administrators, by using the contact page, in cases of disturbing content.
Users contacting the administrators, will be taken seriously.

The user decides completely, which information should be available to third person, except name or nick name.
Timejam.com will never sell, lend or share personal information about the users with third party, except if these informations are anonymous or mandatory by the danish government or can't identify the individual user.
We will not send you emails without asking, except emails the user has selected to recieve or has importants to their Timejam.com user. Among those, subscription expires, invitations from other contacts, status updated from following users and more.
We are using tracking on Timejam.com, in order to improve the experience and keep tab on number of visitors.
We are using cookies, to customize Timejam.com to the individual user.
The user is responsible for using a password, dificult to guess
The setting "Remember me" at login, must NOT be used on public computers.
The administrators at Timejam.com has access to all information on Timejam.com, and can use this access, in case of bug fixing, suspicion of abuse or we are contacted by the authorities
The administrators has strict duty of secrecy and will never give information to third part, unless in cases of abuse or contacted by the authorities.
Timejam.com uses censorship, and can delete images or text, which can offend individuals or groups.
The user can, at any time, choose to delete photo albums, calendars, their user or other things, the user has created on Timejam.com

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on Timejam.com.
Google's use of the DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

All external components and rights belongs to Timejam.com
Timejam grands rights for every user on Timejam.com, to use the external components, for free, within normal web trafic limits.
In cases of huge trafic load, from an external website, Timejam.com has any right to block the specific web site, meaning the external components no longer will work on the specific web site. If the block must be removed, please contact Timejam.com, to negotiate for a financial compensation and new conditions for using the external component.
Timejam.com can not guarantee up time for external components, and the external components are used at your own risk.
